Part-time($125):

  • Individualized comprehensive four week strength and mobility program based on your goals, current level of fitness and medical history.
  • 20-minute initial Skype/video consultation to become familiar with one another to discuss your current level of fitness, previous injuries, functional limitations, discuss short term/long term goals and more.
  • Movement and performance assessments specific to your goals in order to address limitations to function.
  • Unlimited e-mail support with response within one week.

Full-time($175):

  • Individualized comprehensive four week strength and mobility program based on your goals, current level of fitness and medical history.
  • 20-minute initial Skype/video consultation to become familiar with one another to discuss your current level of fitness, previous injuries, functional limitations, discuss short term/long term goals and more.

  • Skype/video call follow-up EVERY two weeks to discuss progress, answer questions and any questions YOU may have.
