Andy is a native of Queens, NY. He received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Buffalo in Buffalo, NY. Now, he currently pursuing his doctorate physical of therapy in Miami, FL.
He is passionate about all things related to strength and conditioning, rehabilitation and pain science. His goal is to create an eclectic approach by blending the principles of rehab and performance in order to bridge the gap in healthcare.
During his spare time, Andy enjoys hiking, traveling, drinking IPAs, chugging coffee, cooking, reading, photography, and competing in powerlifting.
